Central Park

Formerly known as Stapleton, this thriving neighborhood located just outside of Denver, Colorado is a perfect example of urban revitalization. Stapleton was established in 1995 after the opening of the Denver International Airport decommissioned the Stapleton airfield – Denver’s first municipal airfield. This led to repurposing of runways and airfields into the ever growing community we see today. In August 2020, Stapleton voted to rename the city to Central Park. 

Central Park is home to over 20,000 residents and 100 business owners, each adding their own unique touch to give this borough a very distinct feel. A very dynamic real estate market here has led to massive growth, Central Park has offers a wide array of choices for every housing preference.
